Position Schneider Electric as a leading partner for the digitalization of utility companies in the DACH region., Responsible for the growth of order intake for EcoStruxure Grid Solutions., Actively drive the expansion of the Digital Grid business in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland., Build a sustainable opportunity pipeline and tap into new market potential with existing and new customers in close cooperation with regional segment managers, local sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders., Establish comprehensive EcoStruxure Grid solutions in the market with strong strategic sales expertise, profound understanding of digital grid solutions, regulatory frameworks, and partnership business models., Responsible for building, managing, and successfully closing a strong sales pipeline in the software business with utility customers (DSOs/TSOs) in the entire DACH region., Ensure clear differentiation between software, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and services, and specifically drive the expansion of software and ARR revenues., Act as an Opportunity Leader for strategic key accounts and complex software deals., Drive demand generation through C-level pitches, development of robust business cases, and executive innovation workshops., Collaborate closely with country sales teams, business units, solution architects, and marketing., Coach internal stakeholders in the successful sales of Digital Grid solutions.
