People/HR Business Partner responsibilities such as providing manager support, fostering productive team dynamics, and serving as an advisor on a wide range of People/HR-related topics., Leading a team of three direct reports., Establishing and implementing a People/HR Business Partner model., Developing current team members into People Business Partners., Establishing and enhancing People/HR Operations for our US entity, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws., Creating reports of HR-relevant KPIs with our HRIS HiBob., Managing the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and administrative support., Creation of employment contracts, templates, and amendments (Germany/US)., Owning Payroll and Benefits ensuring accurate and timely processing, while continuously evaluating and optimizing these offerings to meet employee needs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations., Visa processing to ensure compliance with immigration regulations and facilitate a smooth transition for international employees., Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HRIS (HiBob) to ensure efficient and reliable data management., Managing the administration of remote employees outside of Germany via our Employer of Record (EOR)., Ensuring business travel adherence for installations in locations such as the US, Switzerland, Norway, and Sweden, aligning travel processes with relevant policies and regulations.
