Identify, determine, analyze, and document digitalization potentials and requirements, create service descriptions, and support procurement processes if necessary; co-design, implement, evaluate, and further develop an IT and digitalization strategy for the department., Expand digitalization in the department within the framework of digitalization initiatives and change projects, lead projects and working groups as needed, and ensure information flow., Review and improve processes in the IT/digitalization area as necessary., Act as a point of contact for IT and digitalization topics, support departmental management in this area, participate in networks and working groups, represent the department's interests, and act as a liaison to the IT and Digitalization Department., Determine IT needs for the department, integrate them into central planning and procurement processes, and track them., Conduct training sessions as needed.
