Own product problems from early exploration through delivery and iteration, with clear responsibility for outcomes, Frame problems clearly, define goals, and make design decisions with explicit reasoning and tradeoffs, Design high-quality interaction and visual experiences with strong hierarchy, clarity, and attention to detail, Balance detail and direction by knowing when to zoom in and when to zoom out to maintain coherence across the product, Actively raise the quality and consistency of our visual design, interaction patterns, and overall design language, Help shape and evolve our Design System so new work strengthens the product as a whole, Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers, challenging ideas openly and working as one team, Support experiments such as A/B tests and use qualitative and quantitative insights to learn and iterate, Use tools like Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar, to prototype and explore ideas efficiently, Ensure design intent is well translated into shipped product - taking responsibility for the final user experience, not just the concept
