Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and act as the central point of contact for all office-related topics., Manage office administration end-to-end, including mail, documentation, keys, access rights and workplace organisation., Oversee office infrastructure and equipment, including ordering hardware, conference room setups, leasing and technical onboarding of new employees., Coordinate IT-related topics with an external IT partner, administer key tools and support IT & cybersecurity guidelines., Manage purchasing, office-related contracts, leasing agreements and insurance policies., Plan and organise team events and contribute to a positive employee experience., Continuously improve office processes and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and workplace standards.
