Provide labor law advice to executives and employees on all personnel-related issues (individual labor law, contract law, warnings, dismissals)., Draft, review, and revise employment contracts, additional agreements, and legal documents., Support labor law measures, including preparation of all relevant documents., Take responsibility for individual HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee support, and personnel administration., Support the further development of HR policies, standards, and processes., Collaborate with management and coordinate closely with all departments, especially our sales locations throughout Germany., Optional: Participate in projects related to compliance, data protection, working time models, personnel development, and recruiting.
