Developing, establishing, and maintaining PMO standards, methods, and tools for project and product management (including templates, role descriptions, status logics, decision paths, and consistent governance processes)., Managing transparency across the project and product portfolio, identifying resource bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, and supporting prioritization and management decisions., Being responsible for meaningful dashboards, key figures, and reports, and preparing reliable decision-making bases for management and stakeholders., Providing functional coordination for project leads and product owners, promoting best practices and knowledge transfer, and supporting the development of the project management community., Continuously developing PMO structures together with relevant stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to making project and product management more effective, transparent, and adaptable within the company.
