New acquisition and support of private major donors, High Net Worth Individuals, their foundations, and family offices with the goal of building long-term relationships., Development and implementation of individual acquisition strategies; including preparation of initial contacts, personal meetings, presentations, and follow-ups in close coordination with the Philanthropy Team Lead., Strategic management of the own acquisition pipeline (e.g., lead tracking, forecasting, success analysis) based on defined KPIs., Creation of project proposals and reports in close coordination with international UNHCR colleagues., Support of the Philanthropy Team Lead in the conception and execution of events (offline/online) for major donors., Support in the conceptual further development of standardized and individual offers (online/offline) for existing and potential philanthropists (existing customer development and new acquisition)., Maintenance of the CRM system, e.g., setting up campaigns, documenting donor journeys, and analyzing activities., Conducting prospect research for tapping into new major donor potentials in the CRM system., Monitoring and results control of measures in the area of private major donations and reporting of KPIs to the Philanthropy Team Lead., Conducting market and competitor analyses as well as identifying trends in the field of philanthropy; including deriving recommendations for action.
