Provide technical support for the plant project from the perspective of material, fuel, and material flow organization., Develop, review, and further develop material flow and utilization concepts from economic and regulatory perspectives., Derive operational requirements for logistics, delivery processes, quantity recording, intermediate storage, and interfaces to process control technology., Participate in approval and notification procedures with regard to input materials, quantity frameworks, and operational conditions., Support tenders as well as the design and negotiation of performance- and quantity-related contracts., Establish suitable monitoring, reporting, and control instruments., Responsible for the economic and, if necessary, organizational control, coordination, and monitoring of the relevant material and material flows of the plant., Ensure compliance with qualitative, quantitative, and regulatory requirements., Coordinate external service providers and internal interfaces along the value chain., Work closely with operations, technology, sales, and controlling to ensure economically optimized plant operation., Establish quality, control, and escalation processes., Create regular analyses and decision-making bases for management and committees., Initiate and implement optimization projects with a focus on efficiency, costs, and marketability.
