Support the administration, evaluation, and analysis of CB surveys, system and performance data, Assist with CB risk model testing, data validation, and quality checks, Maintain and structure CB‑related datasets and documentation, Support CB‑related system maintenance and data updates, Assist in the development and improvement of CB account management systems and tools, Contribute to tracking workflows, action items, and process documentation, Support internal coordination through documentation, meeting notes, and action tracking, Assist with CB onboarding processes and related administrative tasks, Provide general administrative support to the CB Management team as needed, Support the preparation and organisation of CB meetings (agenda coordination, materials, logistics), Draft communications, meeting notes, summaries, and follow‑up actions, Support stakeholder communication and content organisation across CB‑related activities
