Support key strategic R&D initiatives and investments, including lab automation projects, the establishment of a solvent-free polymerization lab, and further digitalization of corporate testing and analytical laboratories., Design and implement IT infrastructure to integrate laboratory instruments and automation lines into the corporate IT network, enabling automated data collection (e.g., from rheometers, GCs, peel adhesion, and static shear test instruments) into systems such as LIMS and Snowflake., Serve as a central interface between laboratories, Digital IT, and external vendors to define requirements and manage implementation within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope., Deliver digitally captured analytics and testing data in line with FAIR data principles as a foundation for simulation models and digital product twins.
