Develop and be responsible for the long-term product vision and strategy for our mobility ticketing platform, eos.ticketingsuite, Influence decisions based on market analysis, data-driven customer feedback, and strategic insight, Take full end-to-end responsibility for features, roadmap, and success, Coordinate interdisciplinary teams (UX/UI, Development, QA, Sales, Project Management) and determine their priorities, Actively drive the product by removing obstacles, making difficult decisions, and keeping the team focused, Define requirements with strategic sharpness and prioritize backlogs based on true business value, Ensure high-quality, on-time, and coordinated implementation, Continuously monitor clear KPIs, data, and qualitative feedback, Contribute to pricing strategy and monetization (product variants, licenses, license models), Ensure the product is innovative, profitable, and competitive, Understand SaaS economics and discuss business models with sales and C-level executives, Serve as the central point of contact for all product-related topics, building trust with internal stakeholders and external markets, Present convincingly, moderate workshops competently, and advise sales, project management, and customers, Communicate with authority, backed by well-founded, clear, and results-oriented arguments
