Support the selection and setup of a suitable CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, FundraisingBox), Configure basic system settings (user accounts, permissions, roles, security), Import and structure existing contact and donor data into the CRM, Create and organize contact categories, mailing lists, and stakeholder groups, Set up standard workflows for fundraising, donor communication, and reporting, Assist in designing dashboards and basic reporting templates for monitoring activities, Develop simple guidelines and user documentation for team members, Train or support staff in first use of the CRM system (onboarding sessions), Test the database for data accuracy, usability, and alignment with NGO needs, Act as liaison with CRM provider’s support team for troubleshooting and optimization
