Own the structure, leadership, and further development of the Engineers in the team, with a clear focus on outcomes, quality, and sustainable delivery., You coach Engineers (technically & personally), set up growth plans, and establish effective feedback and performance routines., You strengthen a collaborative, motivating team culture with ownership, psychological safety, and a high-quality orientation., You work closely with Product, Design, Content, and Technical Leaders on roadmap, prioritization, and implementation—and translate goals into realistic plans., You continuously refine workflows, agile rituals, and quality standards (e.g., DoR/DoD, release processes, incident learnings)., You ensure that technical decisions, dependencies, and risks are transparent—and actively steer towards solutions., You have experience in hiring, designing onboarding processes, and the professional development of Software Engineers., You build structures that enable scaling (e.g., role/leveling clarity, clear responsibilities, knowledge management)., Help your team adopt AI responsibly: the right tools, at the right stage of the development cycle, with clear ownership of what gets shipped.
