Ensure the smooth operation of our POS systems and adjacent technical components in our stores nationwide., Provide telephone support for questions and issues related to POS systems, EC card terminals, and local IT infrastructure., Manage the installation, setup, and replacement of POS hardware, routers, and other IT devices on-site in our stores., Analyze and resolve technical problems in the store environment pragmatically, service-oriented, and with a focus on sustainable solutions., Accompany rollouts, renovations, and commissioning of new hardware., Ensure close cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers., Provide understandable support to our employees in the stores, especially in situations where technical knowledge cannot be assumed., Carefully document support cases, disruptions, and solutions.
