Define, maintain, and report on the DACH marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities and regional revenue goals., Translate EventMobi’s global positioning into a focused regional plan and partner closely with global Marketing leadership and regional Sales on prioritization and planning., Own the German-language content engine and lead integrated campaigns across the funnel., Ensure messaging is localized beyond translation and resonates with DACH buyers., Partner with Demand Generation on paid strategy and campaign alignment., Use AI to improve speed, quality, and iteration across content and campaign workflows., Own the entire events journey in Europe, from budgeting and marketing to activation and reporting., Work closely with Sales to ensure events support regional visibility and pipeline creation., Lead and coordinate all external DACH marketing partners, including SEO/AEO content, translation/editing, and events and webinar support., Set clear briefs and priorities for external partners and ensure consistent, high-quality execution., Focus on insight, learning, and continuous improvement across all regional programs., Monitor performance, communicate results clearly, and make recommendations on what to scale, refine, or cut.
