Lead and execute the team’s content and portfolio strategy, including proposals, portfolio planning, financial oversight, and performance reviews., Drive digital growth and ensure alignment with broader business objectives and strategic priorities., Optimize content usage across platforms and identify new opportunities for portfolio growth and innovation., Deliver annual signings, digital content, product, cost, and performance targets., Partner with Content Management to achieve publication and delivery objectives., Contribute to the wider Health Content Strategy through collaboration with other Content Directors., Ensure content supports transformation initiatives, including adoption of the Elsa authoring platform., Guide/support market research to understand customer needs., Be aware of competitive activities and identify future trends., Keep abreast of the changing technology landscape and the impact technology has on ensuring content accessibility and usage., Work closely with CKS Content Director to ensure content is acquired, developed and delivered efficiently., Support and coach for employee engagement, development, and success., Listen and respond to the team through formal (OfficeVibe, EOS) and informal communication channels., Facilitate a culture of engagement, purpose, and shared success., Provide leadership including direction, motivation, context and feedback for team, focused on new ways or working and not being afraid to break the status quo., Provide coaching and direction, manage and set annual objectives and check-ins, manage performance, support change management, and provide change leadership., Strategic workforce planning with VP., Set stretch goals for direct/indirect reports., Collaborate and facilitate team collaboration across all layers of the organization to ensure market content needs are met., Orient team towards the needs/wants of our markets and submarkets.
