Plan, organize, and execute maintenance and repair activities, Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical faults in areas such as instrumentation, piping, static and rotary equipment, DCS/PLC systems, Calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation and sensors, Operate and optimize electrical subsystems (e.g. drives, fans, relays, breakers, grounding systems), Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, protocols, and reports (including remote troubleshooting documentation), Conduct on-site service visits and system interventions at customer locations (domestic and international), Act as a technical point of contact for customers and ensure service satisfaction, Coordinate and supervise external service providers and contractors, Support the drafting and management of service and maintenance contracts, Analyze system malfunctions and recommend technical improvements, Develop and implement predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance strategies, Collaborate with software, process, and data teams to create digital twins, condition monitoring, and predictive fault detection dashboards, Support lifecycle innovation by recommending system upgrades and design-for-maintenance improvements, Contribute to HAZOP and risk assessment processes, Develop training manuals and conduct training sessions for plant operators
