Support administrative processes and documentation in the operational and project areas., Assist with the documentation and administration of research and operational projects., Create and maintain internal reports and project documentation., Provide on-demand support for general administrative coordination tasks., Support operational data management in the ERP system (Odoo)., Maintain and update master data (customers, suppliers, articles/products) in the ERP system (Odoo)., Provide operational support in the ERP system (e.g., inventory tracking, report generation)., Ensure data quality and consistency across operational systems., Assist with the implementation and documentation of ERP-related processes., Support financial and accounting processes., Assist with document documentation and invoice tracking., Organize and prepare documents for accounting., Support the creation of monthly financial overviews., Assist with project budget tracking and related documentation., Create, track, and organize outgoing invoices., Support daily operational workflows., Perform purchasing, tracking, and documentation tasks according to defined purchasing processes and standards., Order supplies for the lab and office, as well as raw materials for production., Execute logistics processes (e.g., for sample or raw material shipping) via service provider platforms (e.g., Cargoboard, Jumingo) according to defined processes., Coordinate external service providers (e.g., disposal, logistics, travel bookings) as needed., Execute order processing tasks, including packaging, labeling, and shipping preparation for B2B and gastronomy customers, as well as for samples., Assist with the documentation and structuring of operational processes., Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on defined processes., Document recurring operational processes, such as: accounting processes, purchasing processes, production organization processes., Assist with the continuous improvement of operational documentation and internal processes.
