Account Manager - Sales Consultant (w/m/d) Region Süd

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager - Sales Consultant (w/m/d) to join our team in the Southern region of Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the [mention industry if applicable].
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
