We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Controller (m/f/d), full-time or part-time, based in Berlin, with growth potential into a Head of Finance role.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting and financial transactions of our group companies
• Support the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns in collaboration with our external tax advisors (HGB)
• Develop and enhance financial reports and KPIs
• Assist in preparing analyses and presentations for senior management
• Coordinate ongoing accounting activities with external partners
• Oversee related financial processes such as payments and intercompany loan administration
• Prepare financial insights and results for internal presentations
• Property management: Experience with SIDOMO software and commercial accounting/bookkeeping
• Experience in preparing utility bills for commercial tenants

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training with further qualification as Bilanzbuchhalter, or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on accounting/controlling
• Professional experience in accounting or controlling
• Strong affinity for numbers and excellent Excel skills; confident user of MS Office
• Good German and very strong English skills, both written and spoken
• Team-oriented mindset with a structured, analytical, and independent working style
