HOW YOU ADD TO THE TEAM.

• Intrinsic drive to stay ahead of AI - experiment proactively, and turn learnings into team leverage
• Strong backend + integrations: APIs, webhooks.
• 3+ years building and operating software
• Solid data modeling skills and scalable AI architecture mindset
• Hands-on AI agent experience: PydanticAI, LangChain, Langfuse, n8n or similar
• RAG grounding basics: retrieval design and reducing hallucinations with traceability
• Excellence in English, German optional
• You care about impact, share our values above and are fun to work with

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE.

• Build an AI-driven community and investing platform: be a foundational part of shaping and building it across products and teams
• Build and iterate AI agents: improve decision quality and reduce manual work through agentic, data-grounded workflows
• Own and scale our automation setup: automate key workflows across community, investing, and internal operations
• Establish pragmatic AIOps: evaluations, regression tests, telemetry, prompt versioning, and cost controls
