Your tasks

Leading the humanitarian cluster and providing strategic steering and overall responsibility for the humanitarian project portfolio, ensuring its strategic direction, performance, impact, and future viability
Contributing to the strategic development of the International Programmes Division and actively collaborating within the International Programmes Management Team, aligning cluster activities with the division's strategic goals
Strategically steering the cluster portfolio (including income planning, matching funds, and fundraising appeals), holding overarching programmatic and financial-administrative responsibility, and assuming responsibility for the proposal phase within the end-to-end process, including quality assurance
Driving business development to open up new funding streams, including a fundraising strategy with growth ambition and income forecasting, and steering fund acquisition with the assigned donors (strategic donor lead; focus on AA, KOA, BMZ ÜH, ECHO) as well as managing and further developing assigned Global Accounts (ECHO, WFP)
Providing technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, planning staff resources across the cluster, managing workload, and steering personnel-administrative measures in close collaboration with People & Culture, while fostering an inclusive and appreciative working culture
