Your Role

You'll build and maintain the policy backbone that keeps constellr compliant and well-governed as it scales — translating regulatory requirements into practical policies our teams can actually follow..

Key responsibilities

Maintain and continuously update corporate policies and compliance documentation
Track relevant regulatory changes affecting the business
Coordinate compliance training across the organization
Support internal investigations and compliance risk assessments
Report compliance status and risks to the VP - Integrity
