Your challenge

In the role of Java Developer, (all genders)at Hubject, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that power Hubject's eRoaming platform and charging services for our international clients, contributing hands-on to the architecture and delivery of scalable, high-performance backend systems, while also ensuring their ongoing operational stability through ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and support.

Please note that due to planning reasons, this role is currently limited to a 2-year-contract.

Your Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java-based applications and microservices for the global automotive and eMobility sector.
• Write clean, secure, well-tested, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices and design patterns.
• Take full ownership of features and components, driving their implementation independently from development through delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
