About the Role
As Project Manager for Construction, you will support the execution of stand-alone BESS projects across Germany, working closely with senior project leadership and multi-disciplinary teams. You will help coordinate EPC contractors and key suppliers, and represent Return in day-to-day technical, contractual and site-related matters.
You will play an important role in helping ensure that projects are delivered safely, in accordance with specification, on time and within budget, while upholding high standards in engineering, quality and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to build deep expertise in BESS construction and grow into increasing levels of project responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Support execution of stand-alone BESS projects, owning defined work packages under the guidance of senior project management
- Coordinate with project teams and EPC partners on day-to-day execution, helping ensure alignment across engineering, construction, commissioning and asset management functions
- Support key project management areas: planning, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, HSE, contract administration, site supervision, QA/QC, and interface management
