Job Description

Join our new Collaboration & Power Solutions Team and play a key role in advancing our cloud-first strategyand shaping a modern digital workplace.

As a Power Solution Expert, you will help business teams turn ideas into valuable Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You will lead the development of secure, scalable applications and foster adoption by supporting citizen developers and delivering practical training such as App in a Day workshops.

Key Responsibilities

Enable citizen development: Coach business users to build small Power Platform solutions, support the maker community and deliver hands-on formats such as App in a Day workshops.
Lead complex solution delivery: Translate business needs into secure, scalable and maintainable applications, taking responsibility from solution design through testing and deployment.
Co-define Power Platform governance: Work with relevant teams to establish standards and guardrails and implement environment, security, data protection and application lifecycle controls.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, enterprise data and other systems.
