We are seeking a passionate and talented PVD/CVD Process Expert to join our R&D team and take the lead in pushing the boundaries of perovskite-silicon tandem solar cell technology. Your Role: Driving Innovation in Tandem Solar Cells
As a vital member of our dynamic and international R&D team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our high-efficiency perovskite-silicon tandem solar cell technology. Your expertise will not only help strengthen our technology leadership but also help drive innovations toward commercial-scale applications.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Innovation in Action: Evaluate, develop, and implement coating processes for the production of highly efficient tandem solar cells, focusing on cost efficiency, reliability, and scalability for mass production.
- Driving Innovation: Develop creative solutions for complex challenges in PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) and CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) processes for solar cells. Expand your expertise while fostering progress and growth with a forward-looking approach.
- Innovation Implementation: Support our global production facilities in implementing coating processes. Your willingness to travel and intercultural competence will be key assets.
- Technology Trendsetter: Lead the development of innovative ideas and act as a driving force for creative solutions that align with our corporate vision and goals.
