SolidFlow batteries store energy in organic molecules. The absence of explosive materials makes them safe, the use of socially and ecologically conflict-free raw materials sustainable, and the almost unlimited material availability scalable and inexpensive to procure. This makes our patented SolidFlow technology a game-changer in building a global climate-neutral energy system.

From Start-up to Scale-up: We're tackling it together

CMBlu Energy is evolving from a research-focused start-up to a producing scale-up, on the verge of series production. Around 250 employees at CMBlu Energy are working towards this goal. Our headquarters are in Alzenau near Frankfurt, with a branch in Obernburg. We also have subsidiaries in Athens, Greece, and Petaluma, USA.

Your tasks

Advise management, executives, and employees on all matters of occupational health and safety, as well as environmental issues
Ensure compliance with legal requirements according to ArbSchG, ASiG, BetrSichV and GefStoffV, as well as BImSchG, KrWG and WHG
Conduct, coordinate, and update risk assessments, including deriving and monitoring the effectiveness of protective measures
Investigate work accidents and near misses, and initiate appropriate preventive measures
Assume the role of Environmental Officer, Waste Officer, and Water Protection Officer (m/f/d), including communication with authorities and audit support

Your profile

Completed studies in occupational safety, environmental protection, or a science/engineering degree with appropriate additional qualifications
Completed training as an occupational safety specialist according to § 7 ASiG and several years of experience in legally regulated environmental and officer functions (e.g., BImSchG, § 59 KrWG, § 64 WHG)
