Your role
Are you ready to shape the future of commercial excellence and drive global sales performance? At SUSONITY, we’re seeking a dynamic Senior Commercial Excellence Manager & Team Lead to take a pivotal role in empowering our sales organization worldwide.
As a key member of our Global Commercial Organization, you will lead a passionate team and play a central role in building strategies, systems, and tools that elevate commercial success across all regions.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be empowered to:
- Design and implement global commercial excellence strategies that boost sales force effectiveness and deliver measurable impact.
- Optimize and evolve our commercial infrastructure — from pricing and customer segmentation to lead management, opportunity tracking, and campaign performance.
- Leverage data and analytics to generate insights, drive decision-making, and track performance through meaningful KPIs.
- Champion digital transformation by enhancing the use of CRM (Salesforce), Pricing Software and other digital tools across the organization.
- Coordinate and strengthen launch excellence for new products and campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing and Regional teams.
