Senior Manager, Head of Sales Force (m/f/d)
to join our team as soon as possible.
The Senior Manager, Head of Sales Force is responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing the Key Account Management-Team in Germany, achieving commercial targets and maximize market share. This role involves defining sales strategies, setting performance goals and monitor achievement, ensuring effective training and motivation of the sales force, and aligning sales activities with overall business and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Key Account Management team to drive customer acquisition, strategic account growth, and commercial excellence.
- Participate in setting revenue targets and sales forecasting.
- Setting and tracking KPIs to monitor target achievement with monthly reporting to Director Sales DACH.
- Strategic sales planning in cooperation with sales management to maximize opportunities in the market.
- Dedicated partner for existing major key account customers and opinion leaders (doctors, pharmacists and telemedicine partner) as well as wholesale partners.
- Develop and execute key account strategy by identifying, acquiring, and growing strategic customer relationships to drive long-term business growth.
- Planning and implementation of regional sales conferences.
