About the Role

As a Senior IT Project Manager SAP at GETEC, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex SAP projects, ensuring they align with our strategic business objectives and deliver tangible value. Your Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of SAP projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including internal resources and external consultants.
Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive decision-making.
Oversee the implementation and integration of SAP modules and solutions.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery of third-party services.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a strong focus on SAP projects.
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM) and their integration.
Experience with various SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate).
