About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Werkstudent HR (all genders) to join our team in Leipzig. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions within a dynamic company.

What You'll Do

• Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting and candidate screening.
• Help organize and coordinate employee onboarding and training activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects.
• Maintain HR databases and employee records.
• Support with HR reporting and analytics.
• Assist with employee communication and engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
