About 2000m²

2000m² is an organization dedicated to making complex global agriculture understandable through its "Global Fields" (Weltacker) initiative. This concept illustrates that each person would receive 2000 m² of arable land if divided globally, the area needed to grow everything they consume. These educational spaces provide tangible insights into the global agricultural and food system, aiming to show opportunities and challenges of production and healthy nutrition. As the international coordinator, 2000m² supports establishing Global Fields worldwide, with almost thirty projects in ten countries. The organization offers workshops, a "Space calculator Mym²," and educational materials to promote sustainable practices and global food system awareness.
