    The AVV (Aachener Verkehrsverbund) is the mobility provider for the Aachen region and the Rhineland. It coordinates and optimizes local public transport (ÖPNV) to ensure attractive, efficient and sustainable mobility for all citizens.

    The AVV offers a wide range of services, including timetable information, ticket sales and information about mobility offers. The core of the digital strategy is the Central Sales Platform (ZVP), which is integrated into the "naveo" app. "naveo" enables passengers to conveniently access local ÖPNV services, including ticket purchases, subscriptions and multimodal offers. With "eezy AVV", the AVV offers an electronic fare for buses and trains throughout NRW, which enables travel without knowledge of fares.

    The AVV relies on a diverse range of tickets that are tailored to the different needs of passengers. These include single and day tickets, weekly and monthly passes, as well as special offers such as the Deutschlandticket, the SchöneFerienTicket NRW and the Mobil-Ticket for the socially disadvantaged.

    The AVV strives to continuously improve and expand ÖPNV. This includes the reactivation of railway lines, the introduction of new mobility services and the promotion of accessibility. The aim is to enable passengers to travel comfortably and reliably.

    The AVV is committed to sustainable mobility and promotes the use of environmentally friendly means of transport.
