Aktion Weitblick is a non-profit organization in Berlin dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental impairments. With the aim of promoting self-determination and participation, Aktion Weitblick offers competent assistance and a safe living environment at over 25 locations in the city.

The range of services includes various forms of housing that are tailored to the individual needs of the clients. These include:

• Betreutes Einzelwohnen (BEW): Enables independent living in one's own apartment with outpatient support.
• Wohngemeinschaften (WG): Promote community and social learning in a group of roommates.
• Therapeutischer Wohnverbund (TWV): An offer for people with mental disabilities.
• Besondere Wohnformen (bWf): Offer stationary housing with round-the-clock care for people with higher support needs.
• BEW Verbundwohnungen: Own apartment in a house where other clients of Aktion Weitblick live.
• Freizeitclub: Promotes social interaction and participation through joint leisure activities.

Aktion Weitblick supports the clients with empathy and commitment in order to jointly develop individual perspectives and enable an independent and self-determined life. The organization supports in life and work design, with professional integration, social interaction, leisure activities and sports being very important.

As a member of the Paritätischen Wohlfahrtsverband Berlin, Aktion Weitblick actively advocates for the interests of people with disabilities and participates in political discussions to improve the framework conditions for an inclusive life.
