The Aufwind Academy is the training program of Aufwind Jugendhilfe in Dortmund and is aimed at professionals who want to specifically develop their professional work in child and youth welfare.[1][6][8] Since the summer of 2024, the Academy sees itself as an internal quality management for the professionals of Aufwind Jugendhilfe and at the same time as a platform for local youth welfare with a network of lecturers and its own premises.[1]
