The AWO Seniorenpark St. Laurentius, supported by Arbeiterwohlfahrt Bayern, offers a home for people who need support and care. Since its opening in October 2009, the focus has been on people with their individual needs and interests. The goal is to maintain a high quality of life and joy of living for the residents and to enable them to live a dignified life in security.

The senior citizens park offers full inpatient care, short-term care and respite care. The qualified staff attach great importance to holistic and activating care, which aims to maintain and promote the independence of the residents for as long as possible. The concept is: "As much independence as possible, as much help as necessary."

An important part of the offer is the social service, which makes everyday life varied through regular and diverse offers. These include seasonal festivals, excursions, memory training, church services, handicrafts, cooking, baking, board games, exercise, painting, crafts, making music and singing. Volunteer staff support the team in enabling the residents to have a stimulating and fulfilling life.

The AWO Seniorenpark St. Laurentius sees itself as an open house where guests are always welcome. The family atmosphere makes it easier for new residents to settle in and helps them to feel at home quickly. The team attaches great importance to respectful interaction with one another and open communication.
