With its eleven educational centers, the Bildungsakademie der Bauwirtschaft Baden-Württemberg ensures the high quality of initial and further training in over 20 construction professions. It offers a comprehensive range of training and further education opportunities for the construction industry in Baden-Württemberg.

The offer includes supra-company training, which ensures that trainees are trained in all essential areas of their profession. In addition, the academy offers various models for a dual study program, such as "Baubetriebswirt PLUS", in cooperation with the Hochschule Biberach, which combines commercial training with a business administration degree. The "Bautechniker PLUS" model also enables both classic construction training and training as a construction technician in a shorter time.

Another focus is on advanced training, which is a nationwide exemplary model. It enables employees in the construction industry to qualify from foreman to site foreman to certified foreman (industrial foreman). The educational academy also offers specializations in various areas such as structural engineering, civil engineering and track construction.

The Bildungsakademie der Bauwirtschaft Baden-Württemberg also offers a wide range of further training courses in the areas of construction technology, construction machinery technology as well as occupational safety and health protection. This includes recognized training courses that meet the high standards of the approval committee for testing centers for machine operators in the German construction industry (ZUMBau), as well as qualified courses in underground engineering and concrete technology.
