The Chance e.V. is committed to sustainable projects, such as the production of furniture by inmates, which serves as preparation for future training or jobs. These initiatives not only contribute to professional integration, but also promote the personal development of those involved.
The association has established a Diversity committee that is committed to valuing diversity and developing innovative concepts to promote the individual diversity of employees and clients. This commitment is made visible through participation in the German Diversity Day.
