Club 68 Assistenzdienste, which emerged from Club 68 Helfer e.V., is a non-profit company with the goal of enabling people with disabilities, including those with the most severe impairments, to live a largely self-determined life. This is achieved through well-founded, holistic, individual and imaginative assistance and care.

The offer includes all services required for the daily assistance and care of people with severe disabilities. A special approach is working in fixed teams that are constantly deployed to a client in their respective private living and working environment. This enables trusting and continuous support.

Club 68 Assistenzdienste offers a wide range of consulting services to support clients and their families in often complex life situations. The advice covers topics such as assistance and care, housing, mobility, aids, school, education, work, partnership, sexuality, family, personal budget as well as psychological and social problems associated with a disability. The aim is to help clients to live as independently and self-determined as possible and to support them in the "jungle of paragraphs" of the authorities.

The company attaches great importance to increasing the quality of life of clients through resource-oriented support. Every person is seen as unique in their experience of their disability, and the assistance is individually tailored to their respective needs and potential. The physical, psychological and social components of a person are respected, their autonomy is respected and supported.

Club 68 Assistenzdienste sees itself as an interdisciplinary team with many years of professional experience in assisting people with disabilities, including the specialist areas of pedagogy, psychosocial counseling and care. The employees support each other, accept their limits, strengths and weaknesses and communicate openly with each other.

The company works together with Hamburg institutions and associations with similar objectives as a network to secure and expand the rights and opportunities for people with disabilities. The services are oriented towards the needs of the customers, without losing sight of the legitimate interests of the association and the employees.

Club 68 Assistenzdienste also offers opportunities for a Voluntary Social Year (FSJ) to give young people the opportunity to work in the social sector, gain initial professional experience and explore their suitability for a social profession. FSJ participants are employed as assistants to people with severe physical disabilities and support them in all situations in life.

As a contractual partner of the City of Hamburg, the health insurance funds and other payers, as well as a member of the German Paritätische Wohlfahrtsverband (DPWV), Landesverband Hamburg, and a cooperation partner of other associations for disability support, elderly and nursing care, Club 68 Assistenzdienste is a reliable partner for people with disabilities and their families.
