integra gGmbH is a certified educational institution with locations in Dortmund and Wuppertal. Since its founding in 1998, the company has been committed to the professional and social integration of people with different needs and challenges.
The focus is on the implementation of measures for participation in working life, especially for people with mental or physical disabilities. In Wuppertal, in cooperation with the Deutsche Rentenversicherung and the Berufsgenossenschaft, the measures "Kombi A" and "Kombi B" are offered, which are tailored to the individual needs of the participants. "Kombi A" is aimed at adults with mental impairment, while "Kombi B" supports people with physical disabilities and multiple placement obstacles. The aim of both measures is integration into employment subject to social security contributions. In addition, "Unterstützte Beschäftigung" is offered in Wuppertal.
In Dortmund, integra gGmbH focuses as a partner of the Jobcenter Dortmund on offers for people who are in the customer base of the Jobcenter and do not have employment subject to social security contributions. Currently, however, no training courses are offered here.
integra gGmbH values individual support and qualification of the participants in order to improve their chances on the job market. The measures include career orientation, qualification in various areas such as customer service, IT and health promotion, as well as support in finding internships and subsequent job placement.
As an AZAV-certified provider, integra gGmbH guarantees high quality standards in all educational offers. The company works closely with various institutions such as the Arbeitsagentur, the Jobcenter and the Rentenversicherungsträger to ensure comprehensive and needs-based support.
