Der Kinderladen Kunterbunt e.V. is a parent initiative in the Südstadt of Hannover, which offers a familiar and mixed-age care for up to 20 children aged 1.5 to 6 years. In a cozy back building with a green backyard, the Kinderladen offers a stimulating environment for the development of the children.
The pedagogical concept is based on a situation-oriented approach that focuses on the individual interests and needs of the children. A trained team of social workers and educators accompanies the children in their development and offers a variety of activities, including free play, playground visits, creative painting and crafts, language and music promotion, as well as sports and preschool work.
As a parent initiative, the Kinderladen Kunterbunt e.V. attaches great importance to the active participation of the parents. They have the opportunity to get involved in the association, help shape the Kinderladen and be in close exchange with the pedagogical team.
Der Kinderladen Kunterbunt e.V. is committed to a sustainable future. Through participation in the "NetzWerkstatt einfallsreich!", children are sensitized to the topic of recycling at an early age and learn to create creative works of art from supposed waste. Lunch is provided by an organic catering service to ensure a healthy and environmentally friendly diet. The Kinderladen also supports the Bildungsspender to generate donations through online shopping.
