medisim GmbH & Co. KG is an institute for medical training based in Cologne. The company specializes in the linguistic and professional qualification of international doctors and pharmacists to facilitate their path to APPROBATION in Germany.

At the heart of the offer are courses and training sessions that are tailored to the specific requirements of the Fachsprachprüfung (FSP) and the Kenntnisprüfung. These preparatory courses are led by experienced lecturers from the medical and pharmaceutical fields and impart both professional terminology and medical expertise and communication skills. The courses are designed for both human medicine doctors and pharmacists.

medisim offers professional language training from B2 to C1 and prepares specifically for the Fachsprachprüfung or Kenntnisprüfung. The company offers combined linguistic and practical training from doctors for doctors and pharmacists for pharmacists.

A special focus is on teaching skills for medical communication with patients and medical professional groups. The courses cover topics such as anamnesis, doctor-to-doctor conversations, documentation and the German health and social system. Realistic exam simulations prepare participants optimally for the exam situation.

medisim also supports international specialists in the APPROBATION process and offers personal advice on examination, learning and funding opportunities. The training courses are funded by the Agentur für Arbeit, the JobCenter and the BAMF and are free of charge for participants, provided the respective requirements are met.
