The OWB is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise dedicated to the inclusion and participation of people with disabilities. Under the motto "Here I am human", the OWB offers diverse and professional services in the areas of education, work, housing and leisure, to support people with disabilities in shaping their lives according to their own wishes.

For industry, trade and commerce, the OWB offers services in the areas of assembly, confectioning & packaging, metal and wood processing, gardening and landscaping, logistics, cleanroom packaging and coffee roasting. A special focus is on the possibility of reducing the compensatory levy through cooperation with the OWB.
The OWB attaches great importance to quality and is certified according to ISO 9001:2015. The carrier approval according to AZAV underlines the high quality of the educational offers. The Cafesito coffee roastery is bio-certified, and the medical technology/cleanroom area (ProMediPac) is certified according to DIN EN ISO 13485:2016.
The OWB is represented at several locations in Upper Swabia and offers a variety of opportunities for professional development, training, internships, voluntary services and voluntary work.
