The offer includes in particular the Therapeutic Day Group, a semi-residential facility that offers children and adolescents aged 6 to 14 a protected environment to process their traumas and learn social skills. The day group is aimed at children and adolescents who are difficult to integrate into other groups due to behavioral problems or for whom full-time residential facilities are not a suitable measure.
The working approach is based on a systemic and child-centered approach. This means that the family system is included in the therapy and the children and adolescents are involved in all decisions, taking into account their developmental stage. The aim is to discover and strengthen the resources of the children, adolescents and their families.
In addition to the Therapeutic Day Group, the practice also offers Marriage, Family and Individual Therapy, Supervision and Coaching.
The Practice Toni Pfirrmann pursues the goal of developing realistic future prospects for children and adolescents and helping them to lead a self-determined life. Through intensive care and therapeutic support in the Therapeutic Day Group, stays in residential care can often be avoided or shortened. Another goal is the reintegration of children and adolescents who are no longer able to attend the regular school system.
