Ensuring maximum campaign performance through A/B tests, targeting optimizations, and efficient budget allocation., Evaluating campaign results, preparing reports for various stakeholders, and deriving clear recommendations for the further development of the paid media strategy., Working with relevant paid media tools, ensuring clean tracking, and ensuring structured, consistent processes in planning, monitoring, and reporting., Collaborating closely with teams from Content, CRM, SEO, Data, as well as global, local, and Central European marketing and campaign managers, and presenting analyses and recommendations in an audience-appropriate manner., Assisting with forecasts, control, and reconciliation of the paid media budget in close coordination with the Finance team.
