Support colleagues in 1st and 2nd level support (phone, on-site, and remote) and assist with questions regarding Microsoft Office products, products from Hessische Zentrale Dienste (HZD), e.g. HessenPC, as well as our collaboration and communication systems., Create easy-to-understand instructions and support colleagues in using our IT systems., Administer Windows clients and mobile devices of employees. This includes installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of hardware, as well as central management via device and mobile device management systems., Manage our deployed programs (e.g., our collaboration and communication systems like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OpenProject, Nextcloud, Webex), ensure installation, maintenance, updates, and administration of license management, and ensure everything runs smoothly., Take responsibility for our IT Service Management Systems (ITSM) and document your work comprehensibly and carefully., Work on the administration of various Identity & Access Management systems, such as Active Directory, Univention Corporate Server (UCS), or Microsoft Entra ID. This also includes setting up email mailboxes and the (further) development and testing of Group Policies (GPO)., Maintain and administer our network components, especially active and passive infrastructure, as far as it is not externally managed., Actively participate in the further development and optimization of FITKO's IT landscape and assist, for example, by creating service descriptions within the scope of IT-related procurement procedures., Possess very good verbal and written communication skills in German (German C2).
