Financial planning & controlling: Budget and financial planning, variance analysis, providing reliable figures for strategic decisions., Accounting & annual closing: Managing preliminary accounting with tax advisors and preparing the annual financial statements., Grants, donations & fundraising support: Managing fund calls, timely proof of use and reporting to funding partners, handling donation management and certificates of eligibility, supporting fundraising with solid data., Operations & processes: Building internal processes and creating scalable structures, managing tool and IT administration, licenses, and contract management with service providers, insurance companies, and partners., HR & People Operations: Operational HR administration including employment contracts and changes, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR master data and HR tools (e.g., Personio), preliminary payroll in coordination with the payroll office, and vacation and absence management., Legal, tax & compliance: Supporting compliance with non-profit and tax regulations, data protection, and compliance issues in coordination with management., Interfaces & collaboration: Close collaboration with management and team members, supporting the preparation of shareholder and committee meetings, and professionally coordinating and leading at least one working student (potentially more positions) in HR & Operations.
