Manage a portfolio of Carbmee’s key accounts, driving value through successful product adoption and carbon decarbonization impact., Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact - liaising with senior stakeholders in Sustainability, Procurement, and Compliance., Translate sustainability goals into structured delivery plans using Carbmee’s Carbon Management Solution., Build strong executive relationships, secure renewals, and identify expansion opportunities together with our Account Executives., Advocate internally for your customers, bringing product feedback and insights back to Engineering and Product teams., Lead technical onboarding of customer data: guiding clients through data requirements, validations, and carbon calculation configurations., Support workshops such as the Maturity Assessment and Data Strategy Sessions, becoming a strategic data translator between business needs and carbon modeling., Partner closely with the Deployment Engineering team to improve implementation frameworks, documentation, and data quality workflows., Develop deep knowledge of carbon accounting methodologies and how to operationalize them in a scalable SaaS product.
